Quick & Easy Holiday Card using Scrapbook.com Cut Files

Hi Friends!

If you know me, then you know that I LOVE quick and easy projects. This is especially true when it comes to holiday cards….actually, any cards! I love using up my scraps and coming up with quick and easy ways to send a little happy mail to those people in my life who I love. It is such a great way to brighten someone’s day! Today, I am playing with the Scrapbook.com cut file bundle called Tis’ the Season and it made my creating SO super easy and fun.

I started out by cutting the card base background with the adorable little trees and dots. Then, I resized the scrapbook title to the right size for a card and cut the outline with white cardstock and the base of it out of red glitter paper. Yep, my silhouette cut right thru that glitter paper without a problem!

I used some black ink from Catherine Pooler to ink thru the cut file to create my background which I then backed with a thin border of black cardstock. Then, I layered up my two title layers and glued them together with my favorite Nuvo glue. Last but not least, I added some red jewel hearts randomly throughout the card base for a pop of color. Super quick and easy and just look how cute!
