Top Ten Scrapbooking Tools that I ACTUALLY USE

Hi Friends!

There are just SO many tools on the market but I have just a few that are my favorites and ones that I turn to again and again. Please leave me a comment below if you see one of your favorites OR if you have something that you want to add to the list!

*You can click on each title to visit a source for that item if you wanna check out more info or pick one up for your stash! Please know that some of these links are referral links which simply means that there is no extra cost to you but that I get a very small commission back for sending ya over there!

scrapbooking tools. blender brush.

1. Pink&Main Blender Brush

These blender brushes were a huge treat to use at Creativation. They are so easy to use, create great variations of color, and just work fabulous. Plus, they have their own little stand/carry case. Totally a MUST HAVE and coming to our shop very very soon (like this week!)

scrapbooking tools tiny attacher

I was a huge skeptic that I actually need one of these until I got to use one at a crop and then I was hooked. This little tool with its tiny staples is just perfect for attaching fun embellishments AND looks adorable on the page.

scrapbooking tools penblade

These crafty knives are one of my favorite tools and I seriously use them all the time! This is a set of three that is a great deal with quick shipping. I just think a good craft knife is a must have and these are my choice for the best ones for the types of projects that scrapbookers are doing!

scrapbooking tools. scissors

If you are a fan of fussy cutting, you totally need these scissors in your life! The micro tip is perfect for all of those tight corners, especially with florals.

scrapbooking tools craft pick

This little tool is pretty inexpensive and relatively new to my stash but has become indispensable in my craft room. It has a start point and helps with cleaning out the weeding from cut files and die cuts that I create with my manual machine. It also works great for cleaning up stickers and getting those letter centers out easily.

scrapbooking tools. media mat

I am in love with this glass mat. It is perfect for creating just about anything but it really shines when it comes to mixed media as there is a mixed media mat built right in to the side. Because it’s glass, you can also do cutting, measuring, and basically all the things with it.

scrapbooking tools. memory Misti

I super HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tool! This stamp platform is sized for 12x12 layouts to be able to fit and allows you to do fun and creative stamping techniques super easily. This is a little more pricey but I have found it to be worth every penny and its has made stamping SO much more fun for me!

scrapbooking tools paper trimmer

This is the only trimmer that I use and I love it. I will say that there is definitely a little bit of a learning curve if you are used to a traditional trimmer, however, it has become one of my favorite tools with a little practice. I don’t ever have to change a blade or worry about uneven cuts. It totally rocks!

scrapbooking tools Catherine Pooler inks

If you follow me pretty much anywhere, you know that all I use (and constantly brag about) for stamping are these inks! I have tried SO many different ones and these are SO far above all of the others that I have ever used. Like seriously so good. I love that you can even purchase regular size, mini size, and re-inkers for the colors. If you can only purchase one, I would start with Juniper Mist—it’s amazing. The Catherine Pooler round acrylic block is also the only one that I own that I love. You can find that one here.

scrapbooking tools silhouette cameo

I get a lot of questions about which cutting machines I use and I have only ever been a Silhouette fan. I have five machines currently (the shop sells A LOT of pre-cut cut files every single day.) This bundle is for the new cameo 4 and feels like a pretty good deal to me. This will likely be the next machine to come live at my house.

And that’s my top ten list. I hope that you found this helpful and maybe even discovered a new tool that you haven’t tried yet. Were you at all surprised by my choices? What would you add to the list? ALSO….here Is a little Pinterest friendly graphic so you can see these recommendations or pass them along to others if you wish.
